A craft winery
without makeup

Since 2018, Brice makes wine with one simple idea: to let the grapes, the place, and the vintage speak. He presses gently, adds a touch of sulfites to the juice, then lets fermentations start on their own. No selected yeasts, no unnecessary additions, no filtration.
The wines are aged for around ten months on lees, mainly in barrels. Stainless steel tanks are used sparingly, for a touch of suppleness in certain cuvées. Each juice, each wine is handled with care, without haste. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally. Nothing is set in stone; everything is guided by feeling.

After bottling, the bottles rest in the cellar for at least three years. Disgorgement is done late, and dosage kept to a minimum to preserve the wine’s balance.

Brice doesn’t seek technical perfection, but rather the precision of the gesture. He wants living, sincere champagnes that narrate a true story. Wines you want to open, share, and remember. An expression of this desire to share the memories of tastings with friends that first inspired him to make wine. His Champagnes are companions for food, for sharing, for friendship, for emotion.

Vibrant and honest wines, like an echo of the moments past and present
when he shares the bottles he loves.
Wines that like Brice, never pretend.
